Scenario:-
- Fire engines called to alarm in the shopping mall.
- Fire engines park on bus stops causing bottle neck & westerly bus queue.
- Bus trying to negotiate bottle neck collides with taxi.
- Irate taxi driver refuses to move taxi until police arrive causing easterly bus queue.
- Result - Buses at a standstill in both directions and more chaos than usual . . .
